PAY FOR YOUR PITCH

I do prefer payment to be done as a bank transfer; there will be bank details to do a transfer on your invoice to pay. There is no fee on this payment method.

Please do not attempt to pay for your pitch unless you have been sent an invoice!

Payment by PayPal incurs fees due to the charges received at this end.

If you feel these charges are too high, apologies but there is nothing we can do about PayPal's fees - pay by bank transfer instead.

If you do pay by PayPal then PayPal emails you a receipt. If you do a bank transfer, I will send out a receipt as a PDF.

I have now added back in the option to pay a £20 or £10 deposit.

If you should need to cancel for any reason, please give as much notice as possible and I will do my utmost to refill your spot. If I am successful, I will carry forward your pitch fee to another event as soon as we have the new trader's payment. Please see terms and conditions.

If you should fail to attend on any of the days you booked, there is no refund/credit.

If you decide to not trade for a second day after trading for one, there is no refund/credit.

If you pull out for any reason with only one day's notice (no matter what the reason), there is no refund as I will have no chance whatsoever to fill it as the floor plans will all be drawn up.

November 2025 event — cut off date for payment, bookings and completion by Fri 7/11/25

March 2026 event — cut off date for payment, bookings and completion by Fri 27/2/26

July 2026 event — cut off date for payment, bookings and completion by Fri 10/7/26

October 2026 event — cut off date for payment, bookings and completion by Fri 18/9/26

RIDINGS EVENTS 

(Supplying your own table is £30 per table, table supplied for you £35 per table.)

Due to the processing fees the PayPal prices are £21.00 for a £20 deposit

Bringing your own table x 1 = £31.30, x 2 = £62.40, x 3 = £93.40

Having table supplied x 1 = £36.50, x 2 = £72.80, x 3 = £108.90

ARMLEY MILL EVENTS

(Supplying your own table is £35 per table, table supplied for you £40 per table.)

Due to the processing fees the PayPal prices are £21.00 for a £20 deposit

Bringing your own table x 1 = £36.50, x 2 = £72.80, x 3 = £108.90 per day

Having table supplied x 1 = £41.90, x 2 = £83.50, x 3 = £128.20 per day
